How do I register?
To register for our services, you will need to contact us. You can call, text or email us. For faster service via email, please quote your Mobile Money, WeChat, MPESA, etc. number, name and the amount in USD, Euro, and British Pound that you would like to transfer.
What are your requirements?
- Your PayPal account MUST be registered under your legal name or legal business name.
- You will need to confirm your identity.
Do I have to create an account to use this service?
In order to use the PayPal Mobile Money Service, you need to have a qualifying ATM card (Visa, Masters, Union, and Discover etc.), PayPal, Mobile Money and M-PESA account. No, you do not need to create an account with us. We will only ask you to confirm your identity by providing a photo of your ID or travellers passport.
What documents do I need to provide to access your services?
